Job Description

Cloudstreet Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Lead to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing organisational change initiatives that drive business transformation and improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver change initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide high-level advice and guidance to stakeholders on change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in organisational change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
  • High-level ability to translate change and engagement strategies into operational goals and create a shared sense of purpose with stakeholders.
  • Contemporary knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Well-developed negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and identify solutions.
  • High-level ability to demonstrate flexibility in planning and managing available resources against changing and competing demands.
