About the Role

Northern Territory PHN is a leading organisation in developing and coordinating primary health care systems, driven by community needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Evaluations and Strategies Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement evaluation and improvement activities with commissioned service providers.

You will lead the review and implementation of NT PHN's evaluation approach, ensuring effective change management processes and tools are utilised to support adoption of evaluation and improvement approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement evaluation and improvement strategies
  • Lead the review and implementation of NT PHN's evaluation approach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers and community groups
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications and at least four years' relevant leadership experience in public health, public administration, social science, or a related field
  • An in-depth understanding of the Australian Health System, particularly primary health care and the NT context
  • Demonstrated experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning, preferably in a responsive service delivery organisation
  • Experience in cross-cultural research and evaluation methods and preferably within health contexts
