Job Title: Organisational Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Specialist to join our team at Quality People. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, training plans, and associated artefacts to support the delivery of a contemporary multi-stream revenue management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Create training plans and associated artefacts
- Analyse and report on complex issues
- Evaluate associated risks and identify business benefits

Requirements:

- Proven experience working as an Organisational Change Lead or Business Change Manager
- Contemporary knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, practices, and tools
- Ability to translate change and engagement strategy into operational goals
- Expertise in change management and project planning

Desirable:

- Experience working in the financial sector within government and Information Technology (IT) industry
