The role of an Associate or Senior Associate is crucial in the delivery of client engagements, working alongside experienced practitioners to design and implement financial and operational restructuring strategies.

  • We perform detailed financial and operational analysis to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options
  • We support the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
  • We build and review financial models and prepare client-ready reports and presentations
  • We assist with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies
  • We prepare detailed reports for a variety of stakeholders including lenders, boards, and regulators
