The Role: What You'll Do
We're seeking experienced individuals to play a critical role in the delivery of client engagements, working alongside experienced practitioners to design and implement financial and operational restructuring strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis to assess business viability and liquidity.
  • Support the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans.
  • Build and review financial models and prepare client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Assist with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion).
  • A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services or a similar field.
