Restructuring Specialist Role

Join us to apply for a Restructuring Specialist position in Turnaround and Insolvency. Our firm provides expert financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, market and business research, and report preparation.

About the Role:
  • Assist in designing and implementing financial restructuring strategies in both formal and informal contexts.
  • Gain exposure to high-profile turnaround and insolvency situations, developing practical skills across various industries.
  • Collaborate with experienced practitioners to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options.
  • Support the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform detailed financial and operational analysis to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options.
  2. Conduct market research, build financial models, and prepare client-ready reports and presentations.
  3. Support senior team members with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies.
  4. Prepare detailed reports for lenders, boards, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion).
  • Minimum 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services, or a similar field.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including preparation of 3-statement and liquidity models.
