Job Title: Financial Restructuring Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial restructuring professional to join our team. As a key member of our turnaround and restructuring practice, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile client engagements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing detailed financial analysis to assess business viability and identify restructuring opportunities
  • Developing and implementing financial models to forecast cash flow and liquidity
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement turnaround strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively
