Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Clinical Governance Unit, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of projects, procedures and processes within the Nursing, Midwifery and Clinical Governance Directorate.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating improvement activities related to Accreditation by the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards for health services in Australian prisons.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of governance frameworks, patient safety and clinical quality associated with the delivery of project management.
  • Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or work experience in project management, healthcare or a related field.
