Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead our regional growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish project objectives, values, and performance standards.
  • Negotiate and manage client relationships, including contract agreements and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, focusing on senior management recruitment, retention, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with corporate and site teams to set delivery strategies and ensure successful project execution.
  • Support project and construction management teams in their efforts.
  • Mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during project delivery.
About Our Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will bring significant experience in Heavy Civil projects, particularly in Structures, and possess a strong understanding of delivering projects in regional environments.
