The role of Regional Banking Director is a crucial position in our organization, responsible for driving business growth and expansion in regional areas. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our regional banking efforts and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned banking professional with a proven track record in regional banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for managing a team of bankers and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional banking strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders
  • Manage a team of bankers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in regional banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
