The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing and providing leads from referral partners, educating customers on our products and services, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer engagement and ownership of the referral process
  • Assist customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital channels
  • Educate customers on our full range of products and services to help them make informed decisions
