The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to leverage your industry-leading sales and customer engagement skills to drive business growth and make a positive impact on our customers' lives. You will be responsible for managing and providing leads from referral partners, educating customers on our products and services, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer engagement and ownership of the referral process
- Assist customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital channels
- Educate customers on our full range of products and services to help them make informed decisions
- Build knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes, and attend professional development and compliance training sessions

- RG146 Qualified (General Knowledge, Life Insurance, Superannuation)
