This is an exciting opportunity to bring your industry-leading telephone-based sales experience to our AIA Financial Services department. You'll be responsible for managing and providing leads from referral partners related to Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, and Financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer engagement by owning the referral process and ensuring the most suitable offering based on the customer's needs.
  • Assist customers with queries over the phone through inbound/outbound calls as well as digital channels.
  • Educate customers on our full range of products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial wellbeing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, legislative changes, and attend professional development and compliance training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various parts of the business to contribute to ongoing business initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • RG146 Qualified (General Knowledge, Life Insurance, Superannuation)
  • Demonstrated ability working in high-volume, fast-paced telephone-based sales environments.
  • Strong focus on compliance and quality within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed rapport-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of personal accountability.
