The OpportunityMember Support Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role involves achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. Member Support Consultants are experts in all things Goodlife, seamlessly switching between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience.
Responsibilities- Contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create positive and personalized member journeys
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs
- Regular service calls to new and existing members
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them succeed in their goals
- Solving problems and overcoming obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

- A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
