Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Utilise research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the transport sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our business development efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development within the transport or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
