About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property and Assets Coordinator to join our team at SYC. As a key member of our Property and Assets team, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and efficient coordination and administration of Property and Assets functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare lease documentation for SYC residential properties.
  • Resolve property-related tenant issues.
  • Conduct quarterly and end-of-lease inspections.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests via Property Tree and liaise with service providers.
  • Organize and maintain records, property documents, contracts, and transactions.
  • Provide expert advice, support, and day-to-day operational supervision to members of the Property and Assets team.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for residential property management who has experience in coordinating services related to property, facilities, and assets. You will have a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Regulations and other relevant legislation. Additionally, you will have project management experience and exposure to project management principles.

You will be a well-developed problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to inquiries and produce quality documentation. You will also have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
