Business Lending Portfolio Analytics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned analytical professional to lead our Business Lending Portfolio Analytics function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive analytics suite, generating actionable insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain a robust portfolio analytics framework for Business Lending.
  • Transform rich data assets into meaningful insights that inform pricing strategies.
  • Apply commercial acumen to create analytics that support portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop systematic processes and operationalise analytics with cross-functional teams.
  2. Present insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategy and decision-making.
  3. Contribute to the design and implementation of pricing strategies that deliver value.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–4 years of experience with strong SQL programming skills and experience managing large data assets.
  • Able to translate data into business outcomes.
  • Approach complex problems with curiosity and structured thinking.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in commercial lending or business banking.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Understanding of mathematical and statistical methods to generate insights.
