Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Professional to fill this exciting role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document daily verification with corrective actions, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Conduct verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with corrective actions.
  • Verify hygiene, housekeeping, and foreign body standards in the production environment.
  • Perform product sampling, including routine and verification samples.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample storage and transportation.
  • Verify incoming raw materials for quality and authenticity.
  • Calibrate equipment as necessary to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct validation and verification testing and sampling to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Participate in regulatory and customer audits to demonstrate commitment to quality.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a food production environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards is highly advantageous.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
