Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead the deployment and governance of Food Safety strategies across Supply and Operations.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders locally and globally, monitoring the implementation of food safety policies and programs, and promoting compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the deployment and governance of Food Safety strategies across Supply and Operations to protect company resources, assets, trademarks, and corporate reputation.
- Monitor the implementation of food safety policies and programs for the achievement of objectives and continuous improvement of processes.
- Promote compliance with quality and food safety standards required by brand partners, customers, and other defined interested parties. Ensure legal and franchise QESH requirements, policies, and standards are met or exceeded.
- Tertiary Science/Technical Qualification as a minimum.
- Minimum 5 years technical experience in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Food Safety Legislation and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO22000 Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Leadership experience of technical teams.
