Job Title: Business Change Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Change Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with organizations across sectors and functions, accelerating and sustaining their change management efforts.

This role involves working in small teams with colleagues and clients to develop strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes that deliver measurable results and ensure their sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects with minimal supervision, track metrics, perform complex analyses, and prepare communications for clients and leadership.
  • Develop practical recommendations and identify implementation challenges.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in industries such as oil & gas, engineering, mining, energy, financial services, banking, insurance, or the public sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Proven experience leading transformational or capability-building initiatives.
  • Comfort with ambiguous, dynamic situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Passion for coaching or mentoring clients.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
