Change Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage end-to-end change initiatives within our Private Bank business. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, bankers, and product specialists to deliver transformational change.

  • Drive continuous improvement in key systems, such as Salesforce, while sourcing and implementing new solutions to enhance the advice lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.

About This Role:

As a Change Transformation Specialist, you will have a strong background in managing business-wide transformation and change initiatives, particularly those impacting processes and technology within the financial advice sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective change strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Conducting thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
