Key Role in Change Management
About the Position:- This role focuses on supporting change management implementation, ensuring alignment with business policies.
- Assist in identifying impacts resulting from changes to people, processes, systems and culture.
- Plan and lead discussions with stakeholders to identify and quantify impacts, risks and issues.
- Develop key documentation to support successful implementation of change activities.
- Document change impact assessment outcomes.
- Support development of training plans, implementation plans and deployment of both.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in managing change.
- Ability to design/develop/deliver effective change communications and artifacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating sessions.
- Experience working with JIRA & AGILE.
This opportunity offers a hybrid arrangement, combining part work from home and part office based work.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and project management abilities.
