Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service.
  • Uphold OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service.
  • Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
  • High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.

Additional Information

  • This role requires full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends, and other peak periods.
  • A valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • A valid Victorian RSA Certificate.
