**Luxury Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity**
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury hotel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property at all times.
- Guest Service: Providing exceptional guest service, handling complaints, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Coaching, leading, and mentoring staff to deliver high standards of service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Current RSA and First Aid Certification.
- Experience as a Fire Warden and First Aid Officer.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
