- Provide excellent customer service by efficiently processing guest arrivals, receiving payments, and checking departing guests promptly.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to supervise and manage day-to-day operations.
- Develop your leadership skills within an international company.
- Support the Front Office Management team in achieving departmental goals.
- Lead front office employees and address guest complaints and internal inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office within a four or five-star hotel environment.
- Proven track record of supervising, motivating, and training others.
- Diploma level or higher qualification in business, tourism, or hotel management is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.
