We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to join our payroll team. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, process improvements and collaboration with HR and Finance on reporting, audits and system updates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a large workforce
  • Interpret relevant legislation and awards
  • Support junior payroll team members and share knowledge across the team
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting, audits and system updates

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and tax
  • Has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Is confident using payroll systems (e.g. Aurion, SAP, Chris21)
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
