Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our payroll function and contribute to the organization's mission of delivering exceptional people-centric services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a multi-site workforce with precision and efficiency.
  • Interpret relevant legislation and awards, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Support junior payroll team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with HR and Finance teams to ensure effective reporting, audits, and system updates.
  • IDentify opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiencies and streamlining payroll delivery.
Requirements
  • A solid background in end-to-end payroll, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and tax requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using payroll systems (e.g., Aurion, SAP, Chris21, or similar).
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
