We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to lead the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant payroll services across a large employee base.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, process improvements and serving as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries.

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a large workforce
  • Interpret relevant legislation and awards
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge across the team
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting, audits and system updates
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll delivery
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally in a high-volume environment, and strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and tax.

  • A team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
