Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and updating CRM systems accurately and promptly
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation and upkeep of the sales office and display apartments
  • Facilitate communication with purchasers, agents, solicitors, and stakeholders
  • Support sales presentations, walk-throughs, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • A current Certificate of Registration and relevant industry experience or education
  • Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent energy
  • Full working rights in Australia and ability to work a varied schedule including weekends
