About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join our team at RACGP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing liaison support to GP registrars participating in our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
  • Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organizations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.
  • Provide day-to-day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
  • Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development, whilst having exposure to the development of educational content. You will have a strong working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program and be passionate about assisting registrars and GP training.
