Job Title: Global HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate HR Generalist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or individual looking to start their career in HR.

In this role, you will provide HR support to employees across the globe, ensuring that they receive the necessary assistance and guidance to excel in their roles.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and databases, as well as coordinating global projects and initiatives.

A key part of your role will be to develop and implement effective HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
