Location: Melbourne

The role is responsible for the implementation of the Global HR strategy through partnering with business leaders to support business operations and goals. The role develops HR policies and procedures that align with the global HR strategy and deliver on local business objectives.

• Partner with Country Heads and senior stakeholders on complex and strategic HR topics to provide guidance and business support
• Work closely with the regional and local HR team to deliver on key KPIs and objectives
• Create, implement, and maintain action plans for HR policy and procedure changes ensuring compliance with all local legislation in line with Group standards, keeping up to date with employment legislation changes and updates across Australia
• Deliver the implementation and execution of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities
• Partner with CoEs and ensure that all onshore activities are delivered in conjunction with offshore teams
• Support immigration needs and compliance across Australia
• Manage benefits, WHS, and Workers Compensation
• Manage all mandatory government reporting
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure the right skills and roles are in place to meet business needs and onboarding across Australia
• Work closely with the Head of HR and Senior HRBP to deliver M&A, HR Projects, and regional integration activities

• 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in a complex matrix global environment
• Experience in the financial services industry or professional services firm
• Experience delivering HR strategic projects
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels of the business
• Experience working with a large global HR ecosystem
