Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-performing lifecycle marketing strategies. Your expertise in email and SMS marketing will drive the design, optimisation, and scaling of flows, campaigns, and list growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and performance targets.
  • Build, optimise, and scale high-converting, behaviour-driven email and SMS flows and campaigns.
  • Employ advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimisation to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to share knowledge and ensure strategies are understood and actionable.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo and ability to apply SMS, Reviews, advanced segmentation, CDP/analytics, and integrations to support a complete retention marketing strategy.
  • Strong technical fluency and deliverability knowledge, including automations, integrations, list hygiene, DNS, inbox placement, and warm-up logic.
  • Strategic storytelling skills, with ability to write headlines, email copy, flows, and CTAs that resonate and convert.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 12:30pm (can work remotely on this day)
