About the Role:
A unique opportunity exists for a skilled Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate admissions and staffing resources in collaboration with clinical professionals.
- Lead patient care teams and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze patient placements and make data-driven decisions.
- Bilateral relationships with healthcare facilities ensure seamless transfer of care.
- Liaison with case managers to facilitate smooth transfers from other organizations.
- Evaluate bed allocation strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to drive maximum productivity.
- Manage casual staff portfolios effectively.
- Assess risks associated with transfer requests from other facilities.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered nurse with 3 years' experience (Level 4 RN).
- AHPRA registration with a current practicing certificate.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience in coordination or leadership roles.
- Management qualification (desirable).
- Familiarity with health funding arrangements (desirable).
