About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to collaborate with our team in delivering high-quality environmental solutions and results. You will be part of an established workforce that focuses on developing a strong performance culture and values everyone's contribution equally.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and project approvals, manage top-soiling, site water, and rehabilitation works, including quality assurance. They will also be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Environmental Management System, including the development and implementation of project Environmental Management Plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering environmental training and awareness programs;">
  • Ensuring environmental initiatives and innovations are effectively communicated and promoted;">
  • Collating reports to meet legislative and client requirements;">
  • Liaising with clients and regulators;">
  • Coordinating environmental monitoring, inspection, and auditing programs;">
  • Providing interpretation of environmental data and regular progress reports against environmental performance targets;">
  • Strategically influencing design, construction, and consultant teams in areas of environmental management and sustainability.">
