Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and document business processes in line with industry regulations.
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation of omnichannel eCommerce and CRM platforms.
  • Integrate data assets and design 'to-be' data models.
  • Create user/customer journey maps and structured process documentation.
  • Support organizational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in eCommerce and CRM implementation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), CRM systems (SugarCRM, SharpSpring), Jira, Confluence, Aha, TFS, Visio.
  • Databricks Certified: Lakehouse Fundamentals; Microsoft Azure; Salesforce.
  • Desirable: Agile/Scrum methodology, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) knowledge.
