Strategic Business Process Manager

The Commercial Governance Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mining operations through the implementation of commercial business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement commercial business processes to drive performance excellence
- Provide expert guidance on market intelligence, bid to contract, field site services, order to cash, and issue resolution
- Support strategic roadmap execution and alignment of regional stakeholders
- Act as a global process owner for assigned online and offline commercial processes
- Identify improvement initiatives and develop action plans for implementation
- Provide quality data insights to mitigate risks and develop potential business cases supporting strategic initiatives and projects
- Enable competency development aligned with our standard organisational design
- Deliver training based on system or process changes or capability gaps
- Collaborate with key functional and regional stakeholders for systems requirements and value proposition
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in conversational English, both written and verbal
- Well-developed mentoring and coaching skills
- 3-5 years of SAP specialist and large-scale project management experience
- Proven ability to lead virtual or site-based teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to build structure and show initiative in ambiguous situations
