Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our Solution Engineering Enablement strategy. You will work closely with the SE Leadership to create, implement, and manage critical enablement programs that empower our sales organization to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine enablement programs to ensure seamless content delivery, training, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic partnerships and align with SMEs on content creation and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the Global SE Enablement plan, leading communication and execution of the plan.
  • Partner with the Global SE Onboarding team to shape and continuously refine the everboarding program based on segment needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen, with at least 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space. They should have deep technical expertise in database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python, as well as Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, and/or SnowPro Advanced. Data science or Spark experience is highly valued. The successful candidate will be able to lead through influence, establish sponsorship, and secure support from diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
