Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Strategist to lead high-priority initiatives and drive the adoption and value of AI solutions.

This role is responsible for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences. Success will be measured by customer activation, adoption, live production deployments, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Product to deliver outstanding customer outcomes as demonstrated by production customer deployments, increased adoption, and customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver exceptional customer outcomes through production customer deployments, increased adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects across multiple products to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
  • Guide organizations through the adoption journey by providing change management expertise to maximize the impact of AI solutions.
  • Train, educate, and enable users to drive adoption and value.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders. They should have a proven track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences.
