About the Opportunity

This exciting position presents a unique chance to create and implement enablement programs that empower our sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.

As a key member of our extended leadership team, you will:

  • Take a proactive approach in building, implementing, and managing critical enablement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate discipline in establishing plans versus reacting to ad-hoc requests.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on content creation and delivery.

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement.
  • Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
  • Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python programming languages.
  • Snowflake experience and data science or Spark expertise are highly valued.
