Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator
Description:
This role provides a high level of customer service to patients, doctors and staff by ensuring efficient booking services for all patients and utilising available booking time effectively.
The position involves coordinating bookings, managing waiting lists, scheduling appointments and meeting established work priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and staff.
- Coordinate bookings, manage waiting lists and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Meet deadlines and established work priorities.
- Work effectively as an individual with limited supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to actively participate in a working environment that supports contemporary human resource practices.
- Ability to coordinate bookings, manage waiting lists and meet established work priorities.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency or ability to rapidly acquire skills in the use of Clinical Information Systems.
