Patient Care Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care as the first point of contact in our diagnostic imaging services.
We are a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services with multiple locations across regional Queensland, collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
This is a Monday to Friday role, rostered between 6:30am and 6:00pm, without weekend or after-hours work required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient bookings, billing, and payments
- Coordinate appointments and results with referrers and doctors
- Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain compliance with workplace health & safety and company policies
- Previous experience in healthcare reception highly regarded
- Professional communication style (in person and over the phone)
- Knowledge of medical terminology or practice management systems advantageous
- Collaborative attitude, proactive approach, and high integrity
