Dispute Resolution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in resolving disputes and ensuring that all parties involved receive fair and timely outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing disputes, providing strategies for resolution, and engaging with employers, employees, and other stakeholders to facilitate early resolution.

  • Review and analyze disputes to ensure compliance with business rules and regulations
  • Provide clear and concise recommendations for dispute resolution
  • Engage with employers, employees, and other stakeholders to facilitate early resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and updates on dispute resolution progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field, such as technical management or case management
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation schemes and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
