Dispute Resolution Expert - Commercial Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with the ability to manage large matters effectively.

The role involves advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes, class actions, regulatory inquiries, and investigations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to resolve their disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex commercial disputes from initiation to resolution
  • Advise clients on risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and implement effective case plans to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive legal services

As a Dispute Resolution Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, class actions, regulatory inquiries, and investigations. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments, and to apply your knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical legal skills in core disputes areas
  • Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and/or regulatory investigations
  • Ability to manage large matters effectively
  • Enthusiasm for business development activities
  • Desire and ability to grow as a commercial litigator and leader
