Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Description:The role of an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist is to provide top-notch technical assistance to clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position involves working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support multiple clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure and support for assigned clients.
  • Work across various technologies to resolve client issues and enable them to achieve their goals.
  • Provide excellent in-person support and communicate effectively over the phone.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4+ years of experience supporting multiple customers at once in an MSP environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft stack, including M365, Auto-Pilot, Endpoint Manager, and M365 security.
  • Knowledge of other technologies such as VMWare, Veeam, Meraki, servers, DB, etc.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to relate to the impact of your role.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
