IT Support Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the school's IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, and desktop computers.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the administration and support of the school's IT infrastructure
- Providing technical assistance to staff and students with a variety of IT-related issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems in an efficient manner
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software solutions
- Ensuring the maintenance and update of the school's IT documentation
Key attributes for this role include relevant experience working within an educational setting, knowledge of wireless network deployment, and the ability to plan and conduct ICT professional development sessions.
