Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure support specialist to join our team. As an IT infrastructure support specialist, you will be responsible for providing level 2 desktop and network support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide level 2 desktop and network support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software & operating system issues.
- Install computer hardware and peripherals.
- Manage Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Deploy software and OS using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
- Support mobile devices and networking.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment.
- Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS.
- Passion for IT and providing excellent customer service.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues.
- Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time.
- Team player but also able to work well autonomously.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg.
