Job Overview

The TSA Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting everyday customers across Australia by selling solutions they truly need.

The Role

  • Meaningful Work: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Great Working Hours: Enjoy an 8 am- 7 pm rotating schedule (Monday- Friday).

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be able to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
  • Work 2 days from home and 3 days in our Brisbane office.
  • Attend our comprehensive 5-week paid training program.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging in conversation.
  • Be open to learning new skills and celebrating your achievements.
  • Exhibit resilience and maintain high performance.
  • Have strong multi-tasking abilities and be proficient with computer systems.
  • Approach problems with a solution-based mindset.
  • Have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Be available Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 7 PM.
