Job Summary:

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the Pacific region. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
  • Performance Management: Manage sales performance, setting goals and objectives, and tracking progress to ensure team meets or exceeds targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team success.
  • Sales Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
