Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the Pacific region. As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the Pacific market. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Pacific market.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Lead Sales Team
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Manage Sales Performance
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with market needs.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Sales Experience
    • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the built or services environment.
  • Leadership Experience
    • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies based on data analysis.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial and business metrics and develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Solution Selling Mindset
    • Solution selling mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.
  • Strong Pipeline Management
    • Strong pipeline management skills, with the ability to manage and analyze sales performance.
  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven track record of delivering strong sales results, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent Networking Skills
    • Excellent networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
