Disability Support Professional

Accord Care QLD Pty provides person-centered disability support services to NDIS participants.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supported independent living arrangement in Oxenford, providing 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The successful candidate will provide support with daily activities, personal care, and other needs as required.
- Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal care
- Providing positive behavior support
- Completing documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection
- Collaboration with team leaders to implement and review plans around daily service provision
We are offering part-time/casual positions with competitive pay rates and opportunities for career progression. Onsite training is also available.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
- Mental health experience
- Trauma-informed experience
- Problem-solving skills

Do you have a Certificate III in Individual Support? Do you have a current Working with Children (WWC) Check? Do you have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check? Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
